Top D-FW commercial real estate deals for the week of May 7

KOAM Corp sold its 21,000-square-foot building at 2425 Arbuckle Court Dallas to ZSN Corp. Ryan Boozer and Todd Poticny with Stream Realty Partners brokered the sale with Holt Lunsford Commercial.

An investor has purchased 112 condos within the Preston Racquet Club complex located at 5840 Spring Valley Road in Far North Dallas. The buyer plans to upgrade the units which are part of a 184-unit complex. Greysteel’s Doug Banerjee, Boyan Radic, Andrew Mueller, John Marshall Doss, Andrew Hanson and Will Clarke negotiated the sale.

Leases

VapeWild, an e-juice manufacturer and electronic cigarette hardware distributor, has leased a 62,289-square-foot office and industrial hybrid space located at 4550 Excel Parkway in Addison. About half of the expanded space will be dedicated to offices with the rest used for warehouse space for manufacturing and distribution. Chad Albert at NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease.

Inogen Inc leased 22,905 square feet at 1380 Presidential Drive in Richardson. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

Neenah Foundry Co leased 18,988 square feet at 1275-1281 Round Table Drive in Dallas. Jason Moser and Drew Feagin with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease.

Freedom Furniture and Design Inc. leased 16,169 square feet at PARC 114 – Building 8, 6701 North Belt Line Road, in Irving. Blake Kendrick and Jeremy Kelly with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Bradford Commercial.

Panasonic Automotive Systems Co of America has leased 15,468 square feet of flex office space at Cascades at The Colony Building 4, 5904 Stone Creek Dr., in The Colony. Transwestern’s Joe Whitmer, Nathan Durham and Emily Rankin negotiated the lease with Kyle Jett and Jamie Ragucci of Newmark Knight Frank.

Paycom Payroll LLC has leased 13,789 square feet of office space at 125 at Water Street, 125 E. John Carpenter Frwy. Transwestern’s Matt Hurlbut and Nathan Durham negotiated the lease with Ryan McNaughton of JLL.

Paranet Solutions LLC leased 13,512 square feet of office space at Eastside Atrium, 800 E. Campbell Dr., in Richardson. Transwestern’s Michael Griffin and Roy Reis negotiated the transaction with Rick Currey and Pat Hanahan of Fobare Commercial LP.

Ascent Surgery Center leased 12,464 square feet of office space at 6957 Plano Pkwy. in Plano. Transwestern’s Jeff Smith negotiated the lease with Ethan Garner of Welltower.

Kenia Group LLC leased 11,760 square feet at 1410-1416 Dunn Drive in Carrollton. Eric Crutchfield with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Lee & Associates.

Preferred Climate Solutions signed an 8,846 square foot lease at 1711 Briercroft in Carrolton. Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Corbin Blount of Lee & Associates.

Fastenal Co. has leased 7,685 square feet of office and industrial space in One Paddock Place, 2214 Paddock Way, in Grand Prairie. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Matson Pearce of Pearce Commercial.

JEC Energy Savings leased 6,939 square feet at 1352-1366 Exchange Drive in Richardson. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

U-Turn Fasteners leased 6320 square feet at 1922 North Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie. Corby Hodgkiss at Mercer Co. negotiated the lease.

A Body in Motion leased 4,080 square feet retail space located at 1235 S Josey Lane in Carrollton. Elizabeth Ocando with Hudson Peters Commercial negotiated the lease.

Rovig Minerals subleased 3,860 SF office space located at 2828 E Trinity Mills, Carrollton, Texas from Empower Managing General Agency Inc. Rachel Boelter and Janice Peters with Hudson Peters Commercial represented the Tenant.

Butcher Board Legacy Center LLC has leased 3,570 square feet of retail space in Legacy Center, 5729 Lebanon Rd., in Frisco. Leigh Richter of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease Patrick Krejs of Regency Center LP.
